When you sign up for a discovery call, I’ll send you an inquiry form to complete to give me an initial sense of the problems you’re looking to solve. I’ll use that to guide our discovery call, where we’ll dive in deeper and really figure out services your organization would benefit from most.

That depends on the services your organization needs. Timelines depend on things such as the number of surveys and whether or not leadership coaching and other services are included. Packages and services range from 4 weeks to a full year.

This depends on the package and/or services required. We’ll get a better understanding of this on your discovery call and from the inquiry form you complete in advance. At the end of the discovery call, I’ll have a sense of what the best options might be for you and will discuss the costs. I then send over a proposal and client agreement.
We offer individual services, add-ons, and larger packages that range in price from $1,000 to $100,000, as they range in timeline from 1 month to 1 year.
Invoices are sent via my website, and most packages are billed at 50% at time of agreement and 50% at service completion, while most individual services are billed 100% upfront.
