Employee Engagement and EX

At Kidera Culture Consulting, we help fast-scaling companies turn employee feedback into meaningful action to improve engagement, retention, and performance while strengthening the culture that drives sustainable growth.

Using Gallup-backed research methods, we go beyond surface-level data to uncover what truly motivates your people.

You’ll receive clear, practical leadership insights that support better decisions, stronger teams, and measurable business outcomes, including improved productivity, customer experience, and revenue performance as you scale.

Scale fast without the cultural drift

Fast growth feels and looks exciting. New clients are signing on to support your mission, revenue is climbing, and the market is paying attention.

You’re building a company you’re passionate about, and it seems like you’re actually starting to make a difference. The dream!

Inside the company, though, a different story can quietly be taking shape.

Communication gets messy. Managers stretch past capacity. Early cultural norms start to fray.

The people who helped build the company’s momentum begin to feel it the hardest and may even start to leave.

It might start to feel like there’s a divide between what your company is preaching externally and how things are being done or felt internally.

Most founders and CEOs see it happening, but few have the time or internal resources to slow down long enough to diagnose it, let alone fix it.

That’s where Kidera Culture Consulting comes in.

Our work starts by pinpointing the real causes of disengagement, rather than guessing at symptoms.

Through structured, Gallup research-backed methods of employee listening, proven engagement diagnostics, and thoughtful analysis, we uncover what your people need most right now.

We then translate those findings into concrete, prioritized action steps tailored to your organization, your leaders, and your stage of growth.

No generic binders or one-size fits all programs.

No theoretical recommendations that sit on a shelf.

Clear direction. Practical moves. Measurable progress.

Beyond diagnostics, we can also help you build the systems and leadership habits that nurture a consistently positive employee experience, so engagement remains strong as you continue to scale.

The end result…

Leaders move from uncertainty to confidence.

Managers move from reactive to focused.

Employees feel heard, supported, and connected to the mission.

High performers stay and do their best work.

Your culture becomes a competitive advantage.

But don’t just take my word for it

Here’s how we can help strengthen your employee engagement and culture

Depending on your needs, we can tailor our employee engagement and culture consulting services to align with your organisation’s goals, growth stage, and operating context.

This ensures you get the right solution, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Assess:

Employee Engagement Assessments

We deliver evidence-based employee engagement assessments that go beyond surface sentiment to uncover what’s truly driving performance, motivation, and retention across your organisation.

Using Gallup-aligned methodologies, we provide leaders with a clear, data-driven understanding of strengths, risks, and opportunity areas, so decisions are grounded in insight, not assumption.

You’ll receive practical, prioritized findings tailored to your business context, helping you focus on what will make the biggest difference to engagement, culture, and results.

This creates a strong foundation for targeted action, stronger leadership capability, and measurable improvement over time.

Analyze:

Pulse Surveys and Data Reports

Our pulse surveys are centered specifically around your company’s unique engagement survey results. They help you spot risks early and stay connected to how your people are really experiencing work, even as your organization grows and changes.

We meet with employees before surveying to ensure high participation, psychological safety, and meaningful insights leaders can trust.

Rather than static reports, you’ll receive clear trend analysis and actionable recommendations that inform real decisions at executive, leadership, and team levels.

This enables you to move faster, course-correct sooner, and build momentum through visible improvement.

Action:

Leadership Action Plans

Insight without action doesn’t change outcomes. We translate employee listening data into focused leadership action plans that drive behavioral change, capability uplift, and cultural improvement at every level of the organization.

Leaders receive clear priorities, practical tools, and structured support to turn insights into sustained progress that strengthens accountability, improves employee experience, and embeds engagement as a business driver, not a one-off initiative.

Meet your People & Employee Engagement Consultant

Jeannie Kidera

I’m a certified People Experience Strategist who uses Gallup-backed research methods to turn employee insights into clear leadership actions that drive more revenue as you scale while also improving your company culture and employee experience.

I know that leaders can build environments where people can do great work without burning out, and strongly believe that employee experience is a valuable business driver, and not a “nice to have”.

However, I often see that this truth gets lost in companies during periods of growth.

Founders and CEOs are pulled toward product, clients, and capital, while culture quietly slips into the background until it becomes a problem too big to ignore.

My work is about stepping in before that happens.

Helping mission-driven companies intentionally build people-first cultures that scale, strengthen the business from the inside out, and never need to be “fixed” later.

When you work with me, your company will gain traction. Expectations will rise. And the more positive way your people experience work will translate into what happens next.

Hope is not a strategy. Intentional culture is.

If you want honest insight, sharp priorities, and a clear plan to protect retention and performance, it’s time to bring in a partner.

Schedule a consultation, and let’s build a culture strong enough to carry your growth and see your mission to fruition.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Gallup’s research is the gold standard in employee engagement. Decades of data across millions of employees and thousands of organizations show clear links between Gallup’s measures and the outcomes leaders care about most: retention, productivity, customer loyalty, psychological safety, and profitability. The methodology, which is based on the Employee Hierarchy of Needs, is simple, rigorous, and built for action. Rather than producing vague sentiment, Gallup’s framework pinpoints the workplace conditions that drive engagement and gives leaders a common language for improving them.

  • You cooouuuuld, but I’m betting one of the reasons you find yourself on this page is that no one at your organization has the bandwidth to take on running surveys, analyzing employee listening data, pinpointing the sources of engagement issues, and crafting action steps to address employee feedback (or to revamp your onboarding experience or to dive into any number of culture problems that brought you here).

You don’t want to risk causing burnout (or more burnout?). Knowing which surveys to deliver, how to analyze the data, and what solutions to recommend for best addressing the feedback also requires a certain skillset and background knowledge, and unless an existing team member already possesses these, it would take additional time and training. Additionally, someone internal may also bring unconscious bias to the process, analysis, and results.

  • In addition to holding certifications in People Experience, Organizational Development, Employee Experience, and People Analytics, I have worked in conjunction with some of today’s top corporate thought leaders to create leadership development and soft skills (e.g., communication, change management, emotional intelligence, customer experience, strategic thinking, creativity, etc.) development content for the corporate world.

I’ve also designed career path systems from scratch, launched survey cycles, coached executive leaders and managers, worked with C-Suite leaders on compensation philosophies, internal communications, onboarding, and people development. I was a founding member and consultant for Engagement Academy, which trained HR leaders on engagement survey delivery and analysis. And I have almost two decades of experience in education and curriculum design.

  • Yes, according to Gallup, when organizations invest intentionally in engagement, the return is tangible. Their research shows that teams in the top quartile of employee engagement see 23% higher profitability, 20% higher sales, 17% greater productivity, and 10% higher customer loyalty than their peers.

  • Only if the feedback they give is ignored. But that’s why I give leaders concrete recommended action steps to take after each pulse survey and meet with leaders to discuss the reports. When employees feel their voices are actually heard, they welcome surveys. Survey fatigue only exists when the survey feels like theater rather than genuine leadership interest.
