– One 45-minute virtual kick-off meeting with leadership team
– Two 45-minute virtual employee listening sessions prior to the Annual Engagement Survey (2)
– One Annual Engagement Survey and data analysis report
– Four monthly Pulse surveys and data analysis report, plus recommendations (4)
– One Overarching culture action steps recommendation report for leadership
– One hour long virtual meeting with leadership team per month after each report (6)
– Composed employee e-mail communications before and after each survey
– E-mail and text responses from 9 am - 4 pm (EST) Monday - Thursday
– Two optional additional 30-minute virtual calls if needed (2)
