The Full-Year Employee Engagement Package

12-Month contract

– One 45-minute virtual kick-off meeting with leadership team

– Two 45-minute virtual employee listening sessions prior to Annual Engagement Survey (2)

– One Annual Engagement Survey and data analysis report

– Four monthly Pulse surveys and data analysis reports, plus recommendations (4)

– One Overarching culture action steps recommendation report for leadership

– One hour-long virtual meeting with leadership team after each culture report (6)

– One Annual Manager survey and data analysis report, plus recommendations

– One hour-long virtual meeting with leadership team on Manager Survey findings and recommendations

– One 45-minute virtual presentation to managers on Manager survey results

– Five 30-minute Manager coaching sessions (could be 1:1 or small group, depending on needs; also may be divided between middle managers and executive managers based  on survey findings; also may be combined into hour long group coaching sessions)

– Composed employee e-mail communications before and after each survey

– E-mail and text responses from 9 am - 4 pm (EST) Monday - Thursday

– Four optional additional 30-minute virtual calls if needed (1 per quarter) (4)

– One Recognition & Rewards Program Audit OR One Values & Behaviors Gap Analysis
